What is your return policy?

Our hassle-free return policy is simple and easy. Should you need to return a product for any reason, your account manager will handle the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for you. Simply contact your account manager, and they will take care of the rest for you.

When can I expect a refund or credit for my return?

Once an RMA is created, we will usually issue the refund or credit immediately. If we receive the returned item(s) within 30 days of when the RMA was created, the refund and/or credit will be validated.

Are your parts guaranteed for life?

Nearly all our parts come with a lifetime guarantee, except for battteries and power adapters. Our lifetime guarantee warranty applies to parts purchased only from UET and covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Do you offer warranties on new and/or refurbished devices?

We offer a variety of warranty options on both new and refurbished devices. Contact your account manager for specific warranty options.

Do you do buybacks?

We regularly participate in buybacks from school and business clients. Our buyback efforts are primarily focused on laptops, Chromebooks, and parts. Contact your account manager and/or our Purchasing Department at purchasing@upperedgetech.com for more information.

Do you sell devices?

We do sell both new and refurbished laptops and Chromebooks. We also offer warranties, white-glove service, accessories, etc. with these devices.

What models do you carry for parts and whole units?

We carry all the main lines and models of laptops and Chromebooks, including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, etc.

Do you perform repairs?

We regularly perform laptop and Chromebook repairs. Our technicians are capable of nearly all laptop and Chromebook repairs, including motherboard level repairs.

Where do you ship from?

We’re located just outside of Memphis, TN. Our central location within the United States means that most shipments are within a 2-day delivery point with most major carriers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept several forms of payment including credit card, ACH, and check. Should you be interested in setting up terms, please contact your account manager.
